Operator and contact
This service is provided by BarritoTime, the trading name of the operator of Call Credit. A formal company statement (registered name, company number and registered address) is available by written request to notify@barritotime.com. Call Credit is the service name; BarritoTime is the trading name — the two names refer to the same operator.

Time protection
A Call Credit is a fixed-denomination promise. The rules below apply to every credit unless the admin waives one in writing.
- •A purchase creates a credit, not an appointment.
- •Calls are arranged by mutual agreement.
- •The credit covers one continuous 5-minute call.
- •Unused minutes are not stored for another call.
- •The call ends at 5 minutes unless another credit has been agreed.
- •A customer cannot demand an immediate call.
- •Customers should propose three suitable time windows.
- •Times are interpreted in Europe/London unless another timezone is stated.
- •Credits expire four weeks after issue if not used.
- •Confirmed calls can be rescheduled with at least the configured notice.
- •Late cancellation and no-show behaviour is set by the current policy.
- •The admin may waive a rule at their discretion without changing the global policy.
